Year 11

Field House is a homely environment and I am proud of my decision to come here. Anyone else that chooses to come here should carry that pride.

Although I am new to boarding I have found out that Field House is a welcoming and friendly environment.

Moving from abroad to Field House has proved an experience, though one I shall never forget. This experience has allowed me to meet many different people, from all over the world.

At the beginning I found it difficult to be part of Field House but I am now getting into it and there are always loads of things to do.

Everyone in Field House are friendly. In here we build up a good relationship with each other. It's great to be a boarder and experience a different life.

Field House is an English style experiment that I need. I built up many friendships by living in this big family. The steady life can also help me to concentrate more on my education.

Field House has many things to offer you, friends, a good environment to live in and it is linked to a specialist sports school Burleigh Community College. Living here lets you meet many people from different back grounds and different countries. Field House is a great experience and one you'll never forget.

When you go to Field House it is such a great experience living with people of all different countries and nationalities.

Field House is great! You never ever get bored, there's so many things that you can do inside and outside.

I have been living in this house for about 3 years. My character has gradually changed from a person who did'nt know how to socialise well with a group of people to a person who is friendly and knows how to fit in as a memeber of the house. It feels warm and homely staying in and it is an unique experience.

In Field House I have made some good friends and my English has improved. I have also learnt soft skills through joining house activities, doing house jobs and sharing a room. Life in here is enjoyable.

When I first came to Field House I had a slow start and didn't think much of it. This year I'm leaving after living here for 3 years and I don't want to go. I've made many friends with both students and staff and I will miss them all. Field House has been a great experience for me and I'll never forget it.

There are always ups and downs but all together it is an enjoyable experience, which will last a lifetime and I have definitely learned a lot personally and professionally.
