Dear Parent/Carer,

RE: OFSTED INSPECTION

I am writing to inform you that we will be inspected by OFSTED on Monday 19^th and Tuesday 20^th March 2007.

As you are aware this is the follow up inspection from last year’s inspection. We are looking forward to this and have spoken to all students reminding them of their role and responsibilities.

A letter to you from OFSTED is attached giving you information regarding the inspection.

Please also find enclosed the OFSTED Questionnaire. Could I ask you to fill this in and return it to your child’s tutor on Monday 19^th March? It is important that we have as many replies to this as possible, so I do urge you to complete the questionnaire and return it.

Can I draw your attention to some other information? We have recently compiled a thorough self evaluation of the School and a summary of this is on our Web site (OFSTED Summary). (PowerPoint Presentation). You will also find on the Web site the original OFSTED letter to Students which was sent out last year and a copy of the OFSTED Questionnaire that you can download.
