Burleigh Community College is committed to supporting learning and development and to this end, have launched Burleigh e-Learning - an online resource. The courses have been developed by the Charity Learning Consortium which was formed in 2001 to develop and share learning resources. Additionally the ECDL and E-Type courses are internationally recognised and approved through the British Computer Society.

The majority of these courses are short courses lasting 1.5 – 2 hours with the exception of the IT courses which can last up to 90 hours. The courses are designed to enable students to drop in and out of sessions and give a good basic understanding of each topic area. They are ideal for individuals or organisations have limited training at work time as these can be completed wherever you can internet access.
